Welcome to Fluent Minds Educational Services! We’re excited to have you on board. By using our virtual tutoring services, including those provided through the TutorBrid platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help!

1. Our Services At Fluent Minds, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality virtual tutoring through online platforms like TutorBrid. Our services include personalized lessons, educational resources, and progress tracking to support your learning journey.

2. Who Can Join Our services are designed for learners of all ages! If you’re under 18, please make sure your parent or guardian gives consent. We just ask that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Creating Your Account To access some of our services, you’ll need to set up an account. Please keep your login information safe and secure — we recommend not sharing it with anyone. You’re responsible for any activity that happens through your account.

4. Payments and Fees To keep things simple and transparent, we ask that payments are made upfront unless we’ve arranged something different. Please check out our Cancellation Policy for details on fees related to late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Being Respectful We’re all about creating a positive and supportive learning environment! We ask that you treat tutors and staff with kindness and respect. Please use our services for educational purposes only and avoid sharing any inappropriate content.

6. Unethical Practices To maintain the integrity and quality of our services, we strictly prohibit:

  • Communicating with tutors outside of our authorized platforms or attempting to arrange private tutoring sessions without going through Fluent Minds.

  • Offering payments, gifts, or incentives to tutors outside of our established processes.

  • Sharing tutor contact information or requesting personal contact details from tutors.

Engaging in any of these practices may result in immediate termination of services and loss of access to the platform. We take these policies seriously to protect both our tutors and students.

7. Using the TutorBrid Platform Our virtual tutoring takes place on the TutorBrid platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. While we do our best to ensure a smooth experience, we can’t be responsible for technical issues or platform-specific problems.

8. Our Content All the great lesson materials and resources we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. We kindly ask that you don’t copy, share, or modify them without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability We’re committed to providing a top-notch learning experience, but please understand that we can’t be held responsible for issues beyond our control. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities, and we’re here to support you if you encounter any challenges.

10. If Things Don’t Work Out We hope you love our services, but if there’s a problem or a violation of these Terms, we may need to suspend or end access. We’ll always do our best to communicate clearly and work with you on any issues.

11. Keeping You Informed We might update these Terms from time to time to keep everything clear and up to date. We’ll make sure to notify you of any important changes.

12. Legal Stuff These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively within the courts of Ontario., but don’t worry — we’re always here to find friendly solutions before anything gets complicated.
